Every piece of Rorofrose jewellery is made with care from precious metals and natural gemstones. Following are instructions on how to make your jewellery last a lifetime:

• Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold.
• Store your jewellery in a soft lined box or pouch with an anti tarnish strip. 
• Your jewellery will age and tarnish naturally so if you want to keep your pieces in pristine condition, clean your jewellery regularly, using a professional jewellery cleaning product. Always read the manufacturers instructions.
• Be aware of tarnish which may occur as a result of oxidisation, caused by the interaction gold plated jewellery with certain elements such as oxygen or sulphur as well as with certain acids.
• Never go swimming wearing your jewellery, as chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to all metals and will erode gold jewellery.
• Avoid wearing while cleaning, gardening or performing sports activities.

We process orders Monday through Friday. All orders ship within 1-2 business days after they have been confirmed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

 

How can I track my package?

We send out emails to every customer as soon as their parcel has left our warehouse with the relevant tracking details. Use the tracking details to follow the progress of your order. If you do not receive our email confirmation, make sure to check your spam folder.

Note:

• The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
• Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

Insured Shipping:

If your parcel is damaged, lost in transit, etc. We will send you a new parcel within 1 business day (if available). If there isn't a new parcel shipped out we will refund you the total amount excl. Shipping costs. No questions asked!
